The owner of this two-bedroom condo wanted a full interior update. We modified the kitchen layout, folding it onto an adjacent wall to create a more open flow with the dining area. This move also brings daylight from the kitchen window deeper into the unit.

 

While the existing ceiling moldings are traditional, new shaker cabinets, doors, and pale wood tones bring a sophisticated balance with a more contemporary aesthetic throughout.
